Ann Phelan, owner and tour operator is professionally a counselor. Her specialty is working with young and older adults on the Autism Spectrum. She understands the social and emotional needs of the individual on the spectrum. Ann’s vision was to create individualized vacations on Bonaire, featuring Discover Diving with her partner, VIP Diving Along with Discover Diving, there will be snorkeling tours, windsurf lessons, mangrove kayaking and horseback riding.
