Construction on the new traffic rotary at Kaya Industria will lead to a new traffic situation  and a new rule. As with the US the new traffic rule will be those in the rotary have the right of way. This has not always been the case in Bonaire leading to confusion for visiting tourists.  The government has issued a statement with this new traffic situation. Let’s hope the island’s drivers all hear the same news. Oh, the rotary at Sand Dollar will have the same rules. This ought to be fun.
